What we collect
We save your name, work email, company, business country, submission time, and the version of the inquiry notice associated with your request. These details are needed to respond and assess service availability. Please do not submit shop files, employee records, or sensitive documents through this form.
We also record campaign labels in the page link, the referring website’s domain, the landing path, and any Facebook or Instagram click identifier in the link. These help us understand where inquiries come from. The form does not send your contact details to Meta.
How we use and share it
We use your details to reply, discuss a demonstration or onboarding, review availability in your country, and understand inquiry sources. The form does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize payment. Where applicable, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and operating a secure website, balanced against your rights.
Our website and inquiry database use OpenAI’s Sites hosting. Resend delivers a copy of each inquiry to our team’s inbox. Authorized ShopMind personnel and providers supporting the website can process information as needed for these purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Website operation and locations
This page does not load a Meta advertising pixel or analytics cookies. Hosting services process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The form uses a temporary, one-way network identifier to limit automated submissions; your raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record.
ShopMind is based in the United States. Hosting providers may process information in the United States and other countries. This site does not promise local-only storage. Where applicable transfer rules require safeguards, those safeguards must cover the relevant processing. Contact us for information about arrangements applicable to your inquiry.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry details while responding and assessing a potential business relationship. We consider whether discussions are active, whether you request removal, and whether information is needed for security, a legal obligation, or a dispute. A request to stop contact is respected; limited suppression information may be retained to honor that choice. Hosting logs and backups may follow separate retention cycles. Submitting an inquiry does not set up automatic deletion on a fixed date.

Email support@shopmind.com to correct or request removal of your details, stop follow-up, or ask about our handling of your information. We may verify identity before acting, but please do not send identity documents unless specifically requested.
