This page describes the information collected by this ShopMind overview and interest form.

What the form collects

When you submit, we save your name, email address, company, submission time, and your agreement to be contacted about ShopMind and a potential demo.

We also save campaign labels included in the page’s link, the referring website’s domain, and any Facebook or Instagram click identifier in that link. This helps us understand which QR codes and campaigns bring enquiries.

How the information is used

ShopMind uses these details to respond to your interest and understand campaign sources. Contact records are stored in a hosted database and are accessible through a restricted inbox for ShopMind. The form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or send your contact details to Meta.

Site operation

This landing page does not load a Meta advertising pixel or analytics cookies. Hosting services process technical request information to deliver the page. The form uses a temporary, one-way network identifier to limit automated submissions; it does not save your raw IP address in the contact record.
