What is ShopMind?
ShopMind is shop operations software for CNC and precision manufacturing businesses. It connects RFQs, quotes, job planning, digital travelers, scheduling, operator activity and Shop View in one workflow.
What is the Shop Loop?
Start with an RFQ or quote, record the award, then build the job and its operations in Builder. Release the traveler, schedule the work, and execute it through My Shop. Use Shop View to see activity, then carry what you learned into the next setup.
Can I schedule individual operations?
Scheduling supports assigning an operation or a route to a person. My Shop gives operators a place to follow assigned work and clock into operations.

A digital traveler carries the job’s route and step-by-step instructions into execution. ShopMind connects the traveler created in Builder to the work people follow in My Shop.

Monthly base plans are Core at $100 with 6 seats, Professional at $250 with 10 seats, and Enterprise at $500 with 20 seats. Additional seats and applicable taxes are separate. Core includes the Shop Loop; Professional and Enterprise include ShopMind Intelligence.
How does ShopMind Intelligence use shop documents?
You can ask general manufacturing questions, or attach authorized Lockbox documents for answers grounded in those sources. Protected documents require Lockbox access. Intelligence usage is limited by your company’s plan; the app shows the available credits and reset date.
How do I get started?
US businesses can choose a monthly plan, verify their email, create an account and review Stripe checkout. Workspace access opens after payment is confirmed. Use the inquiry form below for questions or availability outside the US. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid subscription.
Does ShopMind replace accounting software?
ShopMind focuses on quoting, job planning and shop-floor operations. It is not a full accounting or payroll system. Review your accounting and integration requirements separately.
How does an RFQ become scheduled work?
Review the request, prepare the quote, record the customer award, and review the handoff into Builder. Release the route and assign the work.
